Filing the Claim
As the homeowner, you are the only one that can file. However, it is not difficult – all you have to do is call your insurance company’s representative and let him or her know that your home was in the path of the storm. Once you have a claim number, we can assist from that point forward. While filing, you can also let the representative know you are working with our company and that you would like the insurance adjuster to meet with our claims coordinator when he or she comes out. This saves everyone time and the adjuster will not need to make several trips, which helps us restore your property to its original condition as promptly as possible.
